- Requirements for Obtaining a Pensions Letter of Good Standing (LOGS)
- As per Sections 4(1), 25 and 47 of the National Pensions Law (2012 Revision), every employer shall provide a pension plan or make contribution to a pension plan for every person between the ages of eighteen and sixty years that are employed by him in the Islands. Both the employee and employer shall contribute to the plan on behalf of the employee no more than five per cent (5%) from the employee’s salary with the employer contributing the same five per cent (5%).
- Private Sector Pension Housing Withdrawals by Government Employees
- The Public Service Pensions Law, which is a separate Law for civil servants, does not allow withdrawal for housing as is allowed under the National Pensions Law through a private sector plan.
