Requirements for Completing a Certificate of Compliance - Pensions Enrollment

Effective 1st December 2015, Employers are invited to visit their Pension Plan Providers to complete a Certificate of Compliance - Pensions Enrollment. Please note that all certificates will be prepared at their pension plans within 3 - 5 business days, provided that all of the necessary information has been received and is in order. Each certificate will be valid for six (6) months from the date of issue on the letter.

If Employers are located in the Sister Islands, please contact Ms. Lolita Bodden-Arch at 948-2400 at the Brac DCI Office located in the Bodden & Bodden Building, Stake Bay for further assistance.
