Site audience and purpose

Employers and employees in the Cayman Islands are the primary audience for this site.

Government employees are covered by the Public Service Pensions Board.

The site is divided into four main areas; namely:

  • Employers highlights employers' compliance responsibilities.
  • Employees provides advice for employees.
  • Administrators gives access to the Pensions Law and Regulations.
  • The Press has press releases and media publicity.

Additionally, there are four reference topics - About Us, Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs), Contact Us, and Forms.

The Site Map is recommended as am alternative aid to navigating the site.

Page layout

Pages on the site conform to a standard format.

The banner menu provides links to the reference topics from each page of the site. Click on the banner or the Home link to return to the homepage.

At the foot of each page is information on the date the page was published or last modified, the primary contact details for the NPO, and other useful links, e.g. terms and conditions, access keys, etc.

The right column shows a local menu specific to the section of the site currently being visited.

Abbreviations, acronyms, and glossary

Pages and documents may contain unfamiliar words, phrases, abbreviations and acronyms. Please review the glossary and the abbreviations and acronyms pages for clarification.
